Regular Inspections
Routine inspections are carried out at three-monthly intervals to ensure the tenant is maintaining the property and to check if any maintenance is required. We will advise you immediately of any major maintenance or repairs required.  

Rent Collection
We offer a number of rent payment methods for tenants, such as Eftpos, direct credit and cash over the counter. If a tenant becomes in arrears a ten day notice is issued and ongoing contact is maintained to ensure all arrears are paid or appropriate action is taken as quickly as possible.
